We currently do not offer installment plans. However, you may check directly with Shop Pay for any available installment options or promotions.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. As our products are brand-specific and carefully checked before shipping, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong model ordered, or personal preference.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, product photos, and a short description of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions via email. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging. For orders above $150, return shipping is free of charge. For orders below $150, customers are responsible for the return parcel fee. Any damage or missing packaging may affect the eligibility for a refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
